The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Human Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.
Global Market Access (GMAx) is focused on saving and improving lives globally by enabling broad, timely and sustainable patient access reflective of the value of our innovation.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into the pharmaceutical industry and gain experience in the dynamic field of market access. You'll work with dedicated professionals on real-world projects with global impact. Additionally, you'll benefit from mentorship and networking opportunities allowing you to develop practical skills and foster your professional growth.
The GMAx internship lasts up to 12 weeks and will include one or more meaningful projects within our Strategy & Operations Team. The Strategy & Operations team is focused on enabling GMAx to achieve our patient access ambitions through:

Required Education and Skills:
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in public health, Business, Finance, STEM, or a related field.
- Passion for the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry
- Flexible and thrive in ever-changing environments
- Inquisitive with a passion for exploring new ideas and a drive to learn
- Strong communication skills; able to convey information, actively listen, and foster collaboration with others
- Dissecting issues and uncovering insights from data
- Thrive in building relationships with other to drive results and achieve shared goals
