Clinical Research Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and enroll participants into clinical trials.
• Explain the informed consent process to potential study subjects and ensure proper documentation.
• Document and report adverse events in accordance with study and regulatory guidelines.
• Collect, organize, and maintain study-related materials, including:
  • Study documents
  • Protocols
  • Regulatory files
  • Informed consent forms
  • Case report forms (CRFs)
  • Source documents
• Prepare and submit applications to the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and ensure compliance with human subject protection regulations.
• Conduct chart reviews, maintain accurate documentation, and support data entry in Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Communicate effectively with patients, study sponsors, investigators, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• BA/BS preferred
• 2+ years of clinical research experience required
• Experience in in-hospital clinical research settings
• Experience with adverse event reporting
• Familiarity with IRB processes and human research protection regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced research environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
