Global Marketing Manager, Vaccines

Job Purpose:

The Neisseria ambition is to pursue a meningococcal-free world by 2030. Furthermore, the Neisseria franchise wants to ensure broader access to Men B vaccine to maximize the protection through disease awareness and education around IMD to HCPs and consumers and shaping environment for shaping Men B National Immunization Program.

The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the brand global commercial strategy and tactical plan. This should be done through close collaboration with selected co-create markets, and through cross functional collaboration at the global level as part of the Global Team

RESPONSIBILITIES.

As HCP Global Marketing Manager, you will:
• Provide input to the strategic and operational business plan, develop and deliver global marketing campaigns built on key customer/consumer, competitive insights, ensuring full engagement with co create countries.
• Drive/support best-in-class launch readiness across all Geo Expansion LOCs
• Partner with key LOCs to ensure the global to local utilization rates are at the required standards, and campaigns are analyzed and track for quick course correction if needed.
• Have strong awareness and understanding of how to leverage promotional channels to support the desired business outcome in support of LOC decisions making.
• Work with Agency of record management/interactions for strategic and promotional initiatives that support brand strategy.
• Collaborate with the analytics Team to further develop data driven activities.
• Facilitate best practice sharing and implement key insights and course correction plan from different markets based on campaign insights/metrics.
• Present campaign progress as needed to Matrix colleagues and other relevant bodies for awareness and/or approvals.
• Perform risk management assessment identifying potential risks for the performance and trust pillars where required ensure impactful mitigation in place.
• Responsible for budget management ensuring clear overview of spend allotment and maximization of resources.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree
• 5 years of business or pharmaceutical commercial experience in a life sciences, healthcare, or closely related industry.
• Strong history of success in pharmaceutical commercial and marketing & execution in-country.
• Experience with developing and implementing campaigns through different channels including digital, offline and face to face. Experience with management of agencies
• In-depth knowledge of the products or ability to learn quickly multiple disease areas in several dimensions: epidemiology, business drivers, challenges, public health.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Well-developed influencing and negotiating skills.
• Drive for performance, discipline on execution & tracking results & meet deadlines.
• Capacity to network effectively and build strong relationships across different countries, cultures, and functions.
• Fluent in English

Location: GSK HQ (London), Philadelphia, PA, Belgium

This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days per week in office.
