🕒 Schedule & Training

• Training: Onsite, starting at 9:00 AM EST
• Operating Hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
• Shifts: Monday–Friday, onsite 8.5‑hour schedules

💰 Compensation

• Hourly pay + incentive opportunities
• Additional performance‑based earning potential

📌 What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding one‑call resolution for client inquiries
• Handle incoming calls regarding policy questions, updates, and changes
• Assist with cancellation saves and autopay setup
• Maintain accurate notes, documentation, and inbound lead entries
• Follow up on pending items to ensure full resolution
• Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to team goals

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Pittston,PA.
