Traffic Flagger – Reading, PA (Start as Soon as Next Week!)

Pay:

• $16/hour to start
• $17/hour after 3 months
• $18/hour after 6 months

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6AM start • 40 hours/week + optional overtime

Looking for steady, full‑time work? We’re hiring Traffic Flaggers to support local roadwork projects throughout Reading and Berks County. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, wants weekly hours, and is ready to start immediately.

No roadways over 45 MPH — safety is the top priority. All gear and equipment are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Direct traffic safely using “Stop,” “Slow,” and detour instructions
• Communicate with road crew members using radios
• Maintain a safe work zone for workers, drivers, and pedestrians
• Set up and break down cones, signage, and traffic control devices
• Follow site safety rules and show up on time every day

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
• Ability to stand for long periods outdoors
• Dependable, safety‑minded, and ready to work

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
