PAY & BENEFITS:
- Starting pay rate of $26.55 per hour, plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd

- Perform a variety of manufacturing tasks using Production Equipment to ensure steady workflow.
- Ensure a high quality product is coming off the machine.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes have required dimensions and zero material defects.
- Lead machine crew with setups/change overs.
- Problem solve when issues with the machine arise.
- Complete necessary reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong safety background and good attendance record.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and be good communicator.
- Previous experience operating corrugated printing equipment.
- Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment, with an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.
