Hiring a Production Worker in Red Lion, PA

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our team. In this role, you will utilize hand tools and a tape measure to follow work instructions and assemble various components of flooring and drop ceiling products. While all lifting will be done as a team, you should be comfortable lifting up to 30-35lbs independently a few times per shift. There is also an opportunity to train on machinery once hired.

Shift: 1st shift 6am-2:20pm plus overtime

Pay Rate: $17.75-$18.35/hour to start

Responsibilities

• Learn and have working knowledge of all equipment and machinery within the Ceiling Grid department.
• Position parts and monitor operations on equipment while producing product at established production standards.
• Inspect panels or parts to ensure specifications meet quality standards and notify appropriate personnel of issues.
• Complete production reporting and quality paperwork accurately as required.
• Use banding equipment and hand-jacks for proper movement or storage of product or material.
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow established safety procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Lion, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.35/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Red Lion,PA.
