Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators for all three shifts, including daylight from 6am-6pm and night shifts from 6pm-6am. The role operates on a 2-2-3 schedule, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Feed labeling film through a machine that runs on a continuous feed, ensuring a fast-paced workflow.
• Utilize a pallet jack to transport labeling film to the machine.
• Measure and mix formulas accurately, requiring basic measuring skills and adherence to simple instructions.
• Monitor computers to ensure the machine is functioning correctly and labeling the film appropriately.
• Move a cart containing labeling rolls, weighing up to 500lbs.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of mechanical or manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of production or assembly experience.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.
• Preferred but not required: 1 year of machine operating experience if possessing a strong mechanical aptitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No certifications or medical requirements.
• Steel-toed shoes are necessary for the role.

Work Environment

Work in a clean facility that is not climate-controlled, which may result in warmer conditions during the summer. The winter conditions are manageable as the position is indoors. Steel-toed shoes are required for safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottdale, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
