Application Engineer

Job Description:

The Applications Engineer serves as a key liaison between Sales and Engineering, providing technical expertise and customer-focused solutions. This position involves managing technical aspects and overseeing key programs. It supports the sales process from inquiry to delivery, translating customer requirements into manufacturable designs and ensuring the successful execution of programs. Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Sales and Engineering, offering technical expertise and customer-focused solutions.
• Manage technical aspects and oversee key programs.
• Support the sales process from inquiry to delivery.
• Translate customer requirements into manufacturable designs.
• Ensure the successful execution of programs.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in RF, microwave, or high-frequency coaxial products, preferably interconnects or passive components.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO-9001 standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in RF cable assembly.
• Proficiency in CAD software, SolidWorks, HFSS, CST Microwave Studio.
• Understanding of AS9100 and ISO-9001 standards.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily office-based, with some interaction with engineers and customers, both internal and external. The position follows a 9/80 work schedule, with the requirement to be on-site four days a week and remote one day a week. This is a Permanent position based out of Stroudsburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
