Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the growing workload driven by defense priorities. This role involves managing or assisting with large-scale technical programs that combine construction management and systems integration. The position is based in Warminster, PA with a hybrid work schedule, typically allowing for two days remote work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee or assist in the execution of complex projects involving chamber construction, including structural steel, shielded panels, and absorber foam.
• Integrate technical systems, focusing on mechanical and software components.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Ensure compliance with defense project requirements, such as DPAS ratings.
• Travel up to 25% if managing full programs; minimal travel if supporting project managers.

Essential Skills

• Sole U.S. citizenship for NSA compliance.
• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is preferred.
• Technical background in Mechanical or Systems Engineering is strongly desired.
• Proven program management experience in construction or technical integration.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with project management, budget management, and risk management.
• Background in Mechanical/Systems Engineering is ideal.
• Experience managing projects valued between $3-5 million.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with aerospace, RF, DOD, aviation, and MIL-STD.

Work Environment

The position is primarily based onsite in Warminster, PA with a hybrid work model that includes remote work on Wednesdays. The role may require travel up to 25% of the time if managing full programs. The work environment involves collaboration on complex projects that range in size from desktop-scale to half a football field, with durations averaging two years and values ranging from $700K to over $50M.

This is a Contract position based out of Warminster, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $68.00/hr.
