About the Role

As a Service Intake Liaison, you will be the critical link between customers and service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. You’ll act as a subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues, while coordinating with technical teams to deliver timely solutions.

This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls (average 1,000+ calls/day during peak season).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in real time.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for service delivery.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during difficult calls (e.g., delivery delays, outages).
  • Ensure schedule adherence and productivity metrics.

Must-Have Skills

  • Call center experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Technical support background

Nice-to-Have:

  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and basic office equipment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wayne, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
