Job Title: Production Assembler-$18/hr

Job Description

Join our team in the modification department where you will be involved in all operational activities related to cabinetry assembly. Your role will encompass receiving, staging, unpackaging, modifying, repackaging, and shipping assembled cabinetry, in addition to handling the associated paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the modification of assembled cabinets according to order specifications.
• Work independently or collaboratively within a team to produce or modify cabinets.
• Operate and maintain woodworking, hand tools, and power tools for cabinet assembly and modification.
• Complete necessary paperwork for the modification processes.
• Receive, unload, and stage incoming assembled cabinetry for modification.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools and power tools.
• Experience in production, inspection, and general labor.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of production experience or similar experience in carpentry or woodworking.

Work Environment

Work in a warehouse and/or open outside storage yard environment, which involves lifting above the shoulder, walking, bending, standing, and carrying products. Be prepared for heavy lifting and exposure to various weather conditions, including seasonal temperature changes. Work schedule may vary based on business needs. First shift runs from 6:05 am to 3:30 pm, and third shift is from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 pm to 5:30 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
