Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for the inspection and documentation of all coated and assembled products, raw materials, and parts in accordance with quality standards. This role involves inspecting and checking the size, quality, and accuracy of coated products at all stages of the production process. The Quality Inspector will collaborate with various departments to ensure policies, processes, and procedures are adhered to. Regular duties include blueprint reading, documenting findings, and utilizing precision measurement tools and visual inspections.
Essential Skills
- Experience in manufacturing quality inspection.
- Proficiency with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, verniers, gauges, and measuring tape.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Competency in Microsoft Office for documentation purposes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is advantageous.
- Experience in inspecting coated (plated, painted, powder coated) parts is beneficial.
This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
