Job Title: Welder
Job Description
The Welder will be responsible for welding and fabricating aluminum parts in the manufacturing of refrigeration units. This role requires working from blueprints to assemble and fabricate units. In addition to MIG and TIG welding, the Welder will grind and finish metal parts before they are painted and finalized.
Shift and Pay
First Shift Monday-Thursday 6 am - 4:30 pm
Pay: $24.70/hr
Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate aluminum parts for refrigeration units.
- Work from blueprints to assemble and fabricate units.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum.
- Grind and finish metal parts before painting.
- Collaborate with a small team and cross-train to assembly as needed.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, particularly on thin-gauge aluminum.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience in fabrication, grinding, and finishing.
- Mechanically inclined with a focus on detail and quality.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical assembly is advantageous.

Work Environment
The company boasts a recently built, clean, and climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Spanning 54,000 square feet, the production space is equipped with modern amenities such as new testing rooms, management offices, and welding areas. The facility uses electric standups and forklifts to reduce dirt and ensure a clean environment. Overhead LED lighting and wireless connectivity enhance the workspace. Employees work Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with optional Friday hours. Enjoy paid breaks and a clean, organized workspace with 5S housekeeping practices.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.70 - $24.70/hr.
