About the Role
Join a high-impact IT team supporting a globally recognized aerospace company with operations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. As a Desktop Support Technician, you’ll be the face of IT for end users—resolving issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring a smooth technology experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
This is a long-term, onsite position based in Santa Isabel, PR, ideal for someone who combines technical know-how with a strong sense of professionalism and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and updates (Windows, Office 365, etc.).
- Support user account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT inventory and assist with hardware replacements and upgrades.
- Document support activities and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, remote support tools, and ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or aerospace environments is a plus.
- A professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude is essential.
