Bajo las instrucciones del Supervisor de turno, lleva a cabo tareas donde se le requiere ajustar, posicionar y reparar las máquinas automáticas o manuales, herramientas y equipos relacionados usados para ensamblar piezas en las diferentes áreas de manufactura.
A Day In The Life
- Recibe su asignación de trabajo mediante órdenes de su Supervisor.
- Responsable de realizar los "setups" establecidos y necesarios para cumplir con los requisitos.
- Determina los daños en las maquinarias y/o equipos, realiza las órdenes de piezas y envía a reparar al taller las piezas rotas o gastadas.
- Documenta las operaciones de ajustes y reemplazo que se hayan realizado.
- Asiste al Supervisor en asegurar que no se procede a correr producción sin la aprobación.
- Escuela Vocacional o curso Técnico en Mecánica Industrial.
- Uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia en una posición similar.
- Conocimientos básicos y experiencia práctica en electrónica, neumática y electromecánica.
- Conocimiento y/o experiencia con herramientas de medición tales como: "calipers" y micrómetros para realizar ajustes en equipos y/o maquinarias.
- Lectura, escritura, comprensión e interpretación del idioma español e inglés para redactar, llenar y complementar documentación.
