Responsibilities
- Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with ISO and customer standards.
- Support documentation control by validating procedures and work instructions.
- Apply quality tools such as data analysis, root cause investigation, and error-proofing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive zero-defect initiatives.
- Participate in CAPA processes and support QMS documentation.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers as part of succession planning.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of unified compliance training across the organization.
Essential Skills
- Experience with electronics or electro-mechanical products.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and CAPA.
- Root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Experience with cable assembly, harness, electrical, PCB, and statistics.
- Proficiency in SPC, Poka-Yoke, Lean, and Kaizen.
- Knowledge of IPC standards and continuous improvement processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. Robotics or Integration Engineering degrees also considered.
- 1 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience with electromechanical products, test engineering, or electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ASQ principles.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detective mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Compensation:$95000
