Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our user experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP S4HANA, Fiori design principles, experience in UX/UI design or willingness to learn, and a strong background in finance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive the vision for user experience across our SAP applications, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our users.

The Senior Manager role requires a creative and strategic approach, with an understanding of Finance, Accounting and internal controls to be applied to our SAP S/4 landscape. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management, influence, and communication skills to prioritize and communicate competing interests and related risks, issues and decisions appropriately. This role will need to collaborate across multiple disciplines across the enterprise to deliver successful outcomes for our colleagues.

The Senior Manager will also serve as a partner between Finance and internal IT to design user-facing solutions from the colleague perspective. They will be responsible for developing future strategies around the SAP S/4 HANA application(s) and deploying ongoing system enhancements and new functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership:
    • Lead and coach/develop a small team.
    • Maintain an engaged team with an enterprise mindset.
    • Support ongoing change management and transformation efforts of system migration.
  • UX Design and Development:
    • Oversee the design and development of SAP Fiori applications, ensuring they adhere to best practices and design standards.
    • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
    • Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks promptly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Managing key relationships between Finance and IT to ensure required execution. The ability to successfully work with these teams is critical for alignment and the execution of deliverables.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements.
    • Present design concepts and project updates to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into the design process.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for UX initiatives.


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience, including experience working in large ERP systems.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA or other SAP modules.
  • 3+ of direct or indirect leadership experience


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in corporate accounting, finance or financial systems.
  • Certification in SAP Fiori or related UX/UI design certifications.
  • Prior consulting experience or experience in transformation programs.
  • The ability to understand and work with complex systems and apply critical thinking skills and challenge status quo.


Education
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting or finance or related experience; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.


Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
