Utility Operator

Accurately read and interpret measurements using a measuretap. Learn and apply surface-level construction skills including sanding and painting. Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in the assembly and production of panels. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

• Prior experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus but not required.

This is an industrial work environment involving a high-performance cladding system for commercial and residential construction. It utilizes exterior continuous insulation available in numerous configurations and textures. The facility is designed to meet various climate conditions and architectural visions. More than 1 in every 11 commercial buildings in the United States features these products on the exterior.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Warwick, RI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
