Visual Merchandising is a dynamic team within Retail Innovation and Store Design aimed to support the business and our retail colleagues while partnering with the Merchandising Team to develop Category Merchandising Plans. Keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do, the Visual Merchandising Team will collaborate across various stakeholder groups including but not limited to; Merchandising, Store Operations, Inventory, Marketing and Pricing to create innovative merchandising solutions.

This position will support the design, analysis, strategy development and execution of merchandising solutions. Developing a merchandising strategy in partnership with the Category Manager to achieve the category goals.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail store management or merchandise display experience
• 3+ years' experience analyzing sales, market trend, demographic and competitor assessment data and formulating and communicating successful action plans.
• 3+ years' experience using design methodologies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.
• 3+ years' experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
• 3+ years' experience analyzing and synthesizing data
• 3+ years' experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
• Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
• Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly-sensitive or highly-visible business matters
• Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
• Strong ability to build fast, credible relationships with leaders, peers and clients
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to process data, identify problems, and make effective decisions
• Advanced awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
• Proven track record of high performance
• Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Any additional tasks as required by the supervisor or manager
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Outlook
• This role is a hybrid roe (3 days in office at a minimum)
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
• Travel- up to 20% travel may be required, based on needs of the business

Preferred Qualifications

T he knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) which are nice to haves" in a candidate. HRBPs and leaders can use preferred skills to further screen candidates in the recruitment process.
• 5+ years of retail store management or merchandise display experience
• 5+ years' experience analyzing sales, market trend, demographic and competitor assessment data and formulating and communicating successful action plans.
• 5+ years' experience using design methodologies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.
• 5+ years' experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
• 5+ years' experience analyzing and synthesizing data
• 5+ years' experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
• Preferred user of Space Management software applications.
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
• Ability to work, lead and influence within a cross functional team environment.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and set priorities on several projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.
• Advance user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
• Ability to set goals, measure and report on results and adjust plans based on changing internal and external influences.
• Ability to positively adapt in a changing environment

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Prior Relevant Work Experience:

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
