Fabrication / Welder | 1st Shift

Job Description

As a Fabrication Welder, you will be responsible for facilitating, coordinating, leading, and implementing tasks and activities associated with new product implementation and line improvements. This includes planning, designing, fabricating, setting up, modifying, optimizing, and monitoring processes to achieve key business initiatives. You will work closely with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to enhance process design while maintaining adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.

Required Skills

• Identify process problems and repair, redesign, and/or fabricate defective parts for plant production.
• Must have experience in Fabrication, Welding, MIG, and TIG welding.
• Ability to read and make Blueprints.
• Experience in metal fabrication and arc welding.

Job Details

• Shift: 1st | Monday - Friday | 5:15am - 2:30pm
• Pay: $20 - $25/hr
• Location: Blythewood, SC

Work Environment

This is a direct placement, 1st shift position. The work environment includes working outdoors and in varying temperature conditions, requiring physical endurance and strength.

This is a Permanent position based out of Blythewood, SC.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $54080.00/yr.
