Job Description

We’re looking for a professional and enthusiastic AV Installer/Technician to join a growing team supporting installations across K–12 schools, higher education, auditoriums, and places of worship. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid AV experience who’s ready to take ownership of projects, grow within a company, and be part of a collaborative, high-performing team. What You’ll Do

• Install and service audio-visual infrastructure including distributed AV, speakers, amplifiers, video screens, digital signage, and cabling
• Occasionally lead small AV projects with a crew of up to 3 technicians
• Work with systems such as Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS, and other AV control platforms
• Travel to job sites throughout New England (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed)
• Spend time at the Canton, MA office as needed for prep and coordination
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude on-site and with clients
• Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and pass a DOT physical
• Work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, early mornings, and late nights

What You Bring

• Solid AV installation experience (required)
• Familiarity with systems like Biamp, Crestron, Q-SYS, and CTS certifications (preferred but not required)
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and desire to grow with the company
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (required)
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and work in physically demanding environments

Nice to Have

• AV certifications (CTS, Crestron, Biamp, Q-SYS)
• Experience in K–12, higher ed, or auditorium AV setups
• Installation experience with lighting, staging, and sound systems
