Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide service support for equipment at the manufacturing facility.
• Act as an effective communicator and brand ambassador for products and organization.
• Assess complex technical issues with the customer and provide feedback to system specialists.
• Attend breakdowns and resolve customer challenges onsite.
• Serve as a communication liaison between customer, expert resources, and project management.
• Collaborate with office/administrative support to deliver service solutions.
• Manage customer relationships and provide detailed information on action points to customer leadership.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical Troubleshooting
• Electrical Troubleshooting
• Experience with CNC, Robotics, or Automation Equipment
• Hydraulics
• Great communication skills with a customer service attitude
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Military equivalent experience with mechanical/electrical equipment troubleshooting
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferred)
• Experience with FANUC material handling equipment
• IoT experience
