Exchange Engineer With BitTitan And Shuffle Box Experience

One of our partners is needing to add an Exchange Engineer to their team that can help with their Exchange Migration project.

Candidates MUST HAVE SKILLS WITH BITTITAN AND SHUFFLE BOX along with the skills below to be considered.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO CONVERT PERMANENT WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP. OTHERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Duration: Six (6) Month Contract with potential for Extension.

Locations Available: Hybrid in either Fort Mill, SC or Austin, TX

1. Bit Titan migration Wiz- Other similar tools do not translate well in their environment so need hands on experience with this tool specifically. Experience with the Bit Titan migration tool to migrate mailboxes from various sources (on-premises Exchange, Exchange Online, Gmail) to the destination (on-premises or Exchange Online). This tool migrates mail from point A to point B. Migrating using mailbox into source- exchange online is the cloud that they are migrating the information to.
2. Experience with the Box Shuttle tool to ingest data from external sources (Google Drive, OneDrive, on-premises file shares) into the company's Box instance is also required
3. Experience with on prem Exchange 2016, 2019 and Exchange online- troubleshooting mailboxes, mailbox access, ingestion, failures to connect and import. Mailbox sharing delegation
4. Experience with Exchange Online and importing PSTs through Purview
5. Experience in a regulated environment
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with project manager and teams.

 Job Description:

• Migrate mailboxes from various sources (on-premises Exchange, Exchange Online, Gmail) to Exchange Online using the BitTitan migration tool
• Ingest data from external sources (Google Drive, OneDrive, on-premises file shares) into the company's Box instance using the Box Shuttle tool
• Troubleshoot mailbox, mailbox access, ingestion failures, mailbox sharing, calendar sharing, and delegation issues
• Interact with project managers and teams to provide status updates and resolve issues

Required Skills:

• 3-4 years of experience with Exchange Online, Bit Titan, and Box Shuttle
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry (e.g. financial services) preferred
