About the role:
As a Maintenance Contract Coordinator you will be the Maintenance department's primary coordinator for contractor and vendor support required to maintain the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility. Manage communication, invoicing and scheduling of contractors and rental equipment delivery. Support upkeep of multiple maintenance department required administrative programs
You will report to the Director of Maintenance and be located at Columbia, SC. You will support this role 100% onsite.

You will report to the Director of Maintenance and be located at Columbia, SC. You will support this role 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Request quotes and issue purchase requests for Maintenance contractors and vendors. Process billing/resolve payment inquiries from outside contractors/vendors. As requested, support purchase requests from multiple areas in the plant including Engineering, URRS, Brigade, Component Operations, IT.
- Manage service contracts with different vendors to ensure Westinghouse is receiving the services agreed upon and contractor relationships are maintained.
- Use proprietary software platforms to manage contractor interfaces (example Corrigo, SAP).
- Support yearly set-up of vendor blanket agreements and perform SAP requisitioner functions.
- Maintain familiarity with multiple databases required to implement multiple maintenance 'Scopes of Work' (SOW). These databases include Leading2Lean, SAP, JLL Marketplace, Corrigo, Ariba Procurement, Ariba Invoicing, PRIME, COMVIEW, Concur, L2L, and Service Now.
- Add Suppliers to the Approved Supplier List (SAP/ASL)
- Help with scheduling, timing and coordination of work being done by outside vendors.
- Coordinate contractor work with Work Week Management to ensure contractors are scheduled with the correct resources available for escorting, training, maintenance support, deliveries, and approvals
- Support emergent maintenance/construction (Fabrication & Installation) purchase requests and requisitions
- Occasionally pick up parts, perform job walkdowns, and Pre Job-Briefs
- Manage electronic tablet setup, distribution and maintenance for the Maintenance team and Fabrication & Installation groups.
- Support basic troubleshooting for electronic tablets used by craft.
- Perform recordkeeping for auditable documentation and ensure required information is linked to the appropriate L2L dispatches- this includes linking Fire Safety and Safety documentation.
- Support NRC inspections, internal and external audit teams by providing them with requested documentation from Maintenance databases
- Maintain certificates of insurance, boiler certificates, elevator permits, backflow prevention certificates and vehicle registration/taxes for licensing.
- Maintain office supply inventory. Order office supplies for Maintenance, including Fabrication & Installation (F&I) and Work Management.
- Process Maintenance department expense reports
- Support organizational 'special event' activities related to plant shutdown, safety fair.
- Maintain Maintenance "O" folders and Maintenance library/files
- As requested, support the Columbia Emergency Operations Center
- High school diploma/GED. We prefer an associate's degree.
- 2 plus years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in a maintenance organization.
