Job Description
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will ensure QA presence in packaging, manufacturing, inspections, and room/equipment release. You will support SOP revisions and compliance, assist with deviation investigations, and review pest control and environmental monitoring. You will be responsible for issuing labels and printed materials as per schedule and identifying and documenting batch record errors and deficiencies. Meeting daily goals with accuracy and compliance is crucial, as well as evaluating and communicating quality, safety, and purity risks. You will support QA Hold area operations, complete detailed end-of-day reports, and communicate and collaborate across departments. Maintaining current training on SOPs, safety, and cGMPs, regular attendance, and following supervisor instructions are essential. Promoting teamwork and a positive work environment is a key part of this role.
Responsibilities

This role offers extensive opportunities for growth, with promotions from within and the opportunity to move from a 2nd or 3rd shift to a 1st shift once onboarded. There is a $1 shift differential for the 2nd shift and a $1.50 shift differential for the 3rd shift. As you progress from a new hire to Level 1, Level 2, trainer, and then team lead, you will have the opportunity to learn all departments. The company offers annual and cost of living raises, supported by a training department focused on your development.
Work Environment
You will work in a dynamic environment that requires wearing Personal Protective Equipment and adhering to all safety protocols. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and requires a detail-oriented approach to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lancaster, SC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $49920.00/yr.
