Job Description

• The Machine Operator role supports the setup, operation, changeover, and maintenance processes on flexographic printing presses.
• The position requires taking direction from the Press Operator, retrieving ink from inventory, staging ink and plates, emptying waste bins as needed, and following GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and operating flexographic printing presses.
• Perform changeovers and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Retrieve and stage ink and plates for production.
• Empty waste bins and maintain cleanliness on the production floor.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) diligently.

Essential Skills

• Experience with machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hand tools and general production processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Capability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Color differentiation skills.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read a ruler or tape measure to 1/32 of an inch.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new skills.

3rd shift- 6pm to 6am

Pay Rate: $18.36/hr.

Able to make up to $20 per hour in the first year

This is a Permanent position based out of Rock Hill, SC.

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $41600.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Rock Hill,SC.

This position is anticipated to close on Jan 26, 2026.
