General Laborer- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $21/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 3:30 pm

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of modular trailers. Your tasks will include floor repairs, window and door replacements, painting, weather stripping, basic carpentry, electrical repairs, and cleaning similar to apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and install modular trailer floors.
• Replace and repair windows and doors.
• Perform painting and weather stripping tasks.
• Carry out basic carpentry and electrical repairs.
• Clean trailers thoroughly, akin to cleaning an apartment.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in using construction and power tools.
• Ability to handle hand tools and tape measures effectively.
• Experience with spray painting and drywall.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Possess an eye for detail and the ability to repeat processes accurately.
• Maintain a positive attitude and punctuality.
• Capability to complete various repairs with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work well within a small team.

Work Environment:

You will primarily work in trailers and mini mobiles, with some tasks requiring outdoor work for exterior repairs. The team consists of a small number of dedicated individuals, ensuring a supportive environment. Please note that retaining training information is crucial for task efficiency. A slower pace and incomplete tasks may lead to review of performance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
