**Welder - $27/hour - 4 Day Week!**

As a Welder II, you will be responsible for performing Mig and Tig welding on custom parts for various customers. You will adjust machine settings, bottles, and necessary fittings, and complete welding tasks with aluminum and stainless steel. The role requires the ability to weld vertically, horizontally, and overhead. You will also inspect and ensure the quality of completed welds and final products. Occasionally, you may be required to grind and clean areas of the product.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Mig and Tig welding on custom parts
  • Adjust machine settings, bottles, and necessary fittings
  • Complete aluminum and stainless steel welding
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of welds and final products
  • Grind and clean product areas as necessary
  • Work with arms above head when required
  • Operate and understand all protective safety equipment
  • Lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Work in non-temperature-controlled environments

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years welding experience
  • Proficiency in Mig and Tig welding
  • Experience with aluminum and stainless steel
  • Blueprint reading skills
  • Ability to use hand tools and tape measures
  • Experience with grinding
  • Ability to weld vertically, horizontally, and overhead
  • Strong attention to detail in inspecting and quality control

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $58240.00/yr.
