Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $20-$23/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6 am - 3:30 pm

Join a dynamic sheet metal shop where your skills as a Powder Coater will contribute to creating high-quality frames for gas station signs and other products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring all components meet our manufacturing standards through meticulous preparation and application processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare components for powder coating.
• Apply powder using a sprayer to coat components.
• Ensure final products adhere to manufacturing standards.
• Move products into and out of an oven to cure the surface.
• Maintain machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with painting and powder coating.
• Proficiency in paint preparation and using a sprayer.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year of powder coat experience is preferred, but training is available.

Work Environment:

Work in a sheet metal shop setting with hours from 6am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. The dress code includes wearing jeans and steel-toed boots to ensure safety and comfort during your shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
