A leading healthcare organization is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join a dynamic IT team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a large-scale technology refresh and electronic medical record (EMR) implementation that will directly impact healthcare delivery across South Dakota.
What You’ll Do
- Deploy and configure new desktops, laptops, and single sign-on badge systems
- Support a refresh of over 5,000 workstations across multiple locations
- Provide hands-on hardware and software support to end users
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution
- Travel occasionally to nearby locations (day trips only)
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level to intermediate experience in desktop support
- Familiarity with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to lift equipment and travel as needed

Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Note: Drug and medical test required prior to employment
Duration: Contract through May 2026
