Description

- Installs, configures, and maintains data center hardware including servers, storage systems, and operating systems

- Troubleshoots and resolves hardware issues to ensure optimal performance-

- Manages user accounts and access permissions for systems

- Provides support for account-related issues and ensures security protocols are followed

- Creates detailed documentation for systems and processes

- Develops and conducts training sessions for staff and end-users

- Collaborates on project teams to develop and implement data center projects

- Provides post-implementation support to ensure smooth operation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field and two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate); and experience with system administration and IT infrastructure management is preferred.
