Job Title: Maintenance Team LeaderJob Description

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the shift plan, preventive maintenance schedule, and driving change during the 2nd or 3rd shift. You will work closely with technicians, the leadership team, and other personnel to mentor, lead, and support the team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement the shift plan and preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the maintenance team on the floor.
  • Collaborate with technicians and leadership to drive change and improvement.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks.
  • Utilize your skills in hydraulics, mechanics, pneumatics, and PLC troubleshooting.
  • Ensure effective maintenance management and supervision.

  • Industrial maintenance team lead experience is preferred.

  • Proven leadership in previous roles or readiness to take the next step.

Work Environment

Work in an automotive manufacturing environment with shifts available from 2pm to 10:30pm (2nd shift) or 10pm to 6:30am (3rd shift), with potential flexibility and weekend work as needed. A shift differential applies: $.50 on 3rd shift and $.25 on 2nd shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Chattanooga, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Chattanooga,TN.
