Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for participating in the Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for all equipment and facilities. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Participate in Total and Preventive Maintenance (TPM) for equipment and facilities.
- Utilize experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain robots, including Fanuc and ABB models.
- Work with PLCs such as Allen-Bradley and Siemens for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Handle preventive maintenance tasks for industrial equipment.
- Perform electrical maintenance, including schematic interpretation and troubleshooting.
- Support mold and molding processes.
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.
- Proficiency with robots, including Fanuc and ABB.
- Knowledge of Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
- Skills in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform electrical maintenance and interpret schematics.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work weekends and additional hours as needed.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- 70% electrical and 30% mechanical focus.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing setting. The position includes a 3rd shift schedule from 10pm-6:30am, Sunday to Thursday, with the possibility of working 6-7 days a week based on production volume. A 2nd shift from 2pm-10:30pm, Monday to Friday, may also be needed. A shift differential is provided for 3rd and 2nd shifts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
