Job Title: HR Assistant - Training and Development
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to maintain and manage training assignments and completion records for all US employees. This role requires ensuring that training programs are effectively tracked in our Learning Management System (LMS) and continuously improved based on feedback.


Responsibilities
  • Maintain training assignment and completion records for all US employees through the LMS.
  • Ensure training programs are tracked in the LMS.
  • Gather and evaluate information from attendees and management to identify weaknesses and areas needing additional training.
  • Provide updates on training programs through reporting, planning, and advising on progress.
  • Coordinate training sessions, including attendee identification and communication, travel logistics, venue booking, meal arrangements, and attendance tracking.
Essential Skills
  • Human resources expertise.
  • Experience in training development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation software.
  • Skills in onboarding and employee relations.
  • HR administration and support experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3 years of work experience, preferably supporting training initiatives across multiple locations.
Work Environment

The role is based in a corporate office environment, requiring collaboration with team members and management to ensure the effective delivery of training programs.


Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cordova, Tennessee.
