🔧 Role Overview
As a Cable Technician, you’ll play a critical role in building the infrastructure that powers tomorrow. Your primary responsibility will be the installation and
servicing of CAT6 cable systems within a data center facility. You’ll work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure optimal performance and network integrity.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair CAT6 network cabling
- Perform inspections and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Collaborate with onsite teams to deliver seamless network solutions
- Provide technical support and maintain accurate service documentation
- Ensure all work meets safety guidelines and complies with industry standards
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices
🛠️ Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; relevant technical certifications a plus
- Prior experience in telecommunications, construction, or electrical work
- Solid knowledge of low voltage systems and cabling practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
