🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💵 Pay: $20–$25/hour

🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to join our team! In this role, you’ll support providers by managing patient communications, verifying prescriptions, and coordinating appointments—all while delivering excellent care and service.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Primary Contact: Assist patients over the phone with RX verification and appointment follow-ups
• 🗂️ Chart Management: Maintain patient charts including insurance, registration, lab/radiology reports, and correspondence
• 📅 Scheduling: Coordinate and confirm appointments, scans, and tests; notify departments of daily/weekly schedules
• 📞 Patient Communication: Handle incoming calls, relay test results per physician direction, and follow up with no-shows
• 🩺 Clinical Support: Take vital signs (BP, TPR, weight) and record medical histories

✅ Qualifications

• 📜 LPN License – Required
• ❤️ BLS Certification – Required
• 🧠 Experience with EMR systemsn
• 🩹 Skilled in basic clinical tasks and patient interaction

💡 Additional Skills & Strengths

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
• Experience with patient scheduling and coordination
