Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our service operations. This role is perfect for an individual who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Strong computer skills, customer service abilities, and phone etiquette are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate on-call scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
- Track equipment arrivals and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain and update inventory sheets to reflect current stock.
- Issue purchase order (PO) numbers as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Utilize third-party billing portals for invoicing and tracking purposes.
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in customer service and clerical tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with third-party billing systems.
- Strong organizational skills and experience in filing and calendar management.
- Excellent administrative and support skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with scanning and front desk operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a service-oriented business.
