About the Role

Aerotek is hiring Warehouse Associates and Assembly Technicians to support production and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include assembly, picking, packing, inventory control, and ensuring smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and quality checks to meet specifications.
• Pick, pack, and manage inventory using WMS systems (SAP, Sphere WMS).
• Support production goals and resolve material or workflow issues.
• Maintain safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

This is a Contract position based out of La Vergne, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
