The Site Manager will serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and Account Director in delivering quality facility management services at an acute hospital setting. This position involves managing facilities and plant operations teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial performance, and personnel management.
Responsibilities- Supervise and direct the plant operations team, ensuring that Maintenance, Financial, CMMS, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance programs are performed efficiently.
- Make informed decisions based on a deep understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and ensure compliance with all relevant amendments or appendices.
- Accountable for financial performance related to Operational Facilities spend while adhering to established budgets.
- Track trends and recommend action plans for KPI/SLA performance below standard for Plant Operations/Engineering Services.
- Provide oversight and support in the delivery of maintenance projects and vendor activities supporting critical operations.
- Ensure staff is trained in approved practices and procedures related to facility maintenance techniques.
- Create a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to all safety and infection control policies, including proper protective clothing and handling of contaminated equipment.
- Ensure all building systems and equipment are maintained in accordance with applicable State, Federal, and Local regulatory requirements.
- Determine compliance with standards in areas such as NFPA101 Life Safety Code, Safety Management, Security Management, Hazardous Materials Management, and Waste.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
- 5 years of experience in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
- Managerial experience with proven budget and personnel responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
- Computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
- Ability to supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours, including weekends.
- College degree in a related engineering field, formal apprenticeship program, or technical trade school.
- CHFM Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, CPMM Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, CFM Certified Facility Manager, or other relevant certifications.
- Oversight of multiple facilities with varied functions.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is within an acute hospital setting, requiring adherence to health and safety standards. The position operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, with occasional supervision during off hours, including weekends. The role demands a professional demeanor with business acumen and executive presence. Free employee parking is available.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.
