Customer Experience Representative


Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative for a temporary position located in Lebanon, TN. You will be part of a dynamic team that offers support to customers, sales representatives, and end users globally, within a call center environment.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound scripted calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow structured guidance to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist with order entry processes and ERP system navigation.
  • Provide timely and courteous support to customers and internal teams.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and ensure follow-up for resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the broader Customer Experience team as needed.

Essential Skills

  • 2–4 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, with Spanish being a plus.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle upset customers with patience and understanding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, data entry, and computer skills.
  • High volume call experience (100-150 calls per day).
  • Inbound and outbound call experience.
  • Strong reading comprehension and experience with call scripts.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break. You will be working in a structured, team-oriented environment where flexibility in scheduling is appreciated.
