Job Description

The Production Technician will work in a clean room environment, following Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Responsibilities include manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers while adhering to detailed instructions and procedures.

Shift: Monday – Thursday, OT available on Friday

o   Nights: 7:30PM – 6AM (this shift can start asap)

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and package BioProcess Containers.
• Follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings.
• Ensure quality and consistency in production processes.
• Maintain attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours a day, with possible overtime. Experience cleanroom conditions with >30% humidity, temperatures between 60–70°F, and ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry allowed. Frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion are expected. Use of PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene, such as disinfectants and solvents, is necessary. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift is required, as well as using hand tools and equipment. Occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
