Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Welder to join our production team specializing in Powder Metallurgy (PM), Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP), and Powder Blending operations. The successful candidate will perform precision TIG welding on a variety of high-performance alloys used in powder metallurgy processes. This role requires expertise in 6G-certified welding and a commitment to the highest standards of quality and safety in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6G Welding Certification (highly preferred) • AWS D17.1 Certification (preferred) • Minimum 3 years of TIG welding experience, preferably in high-temperature or high-pressure component fabrication. • Experience in nuclear or pressure welding • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and weld procedure specifications (WPS). • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain dimensional accuracy under tight tolerances. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment. • Knowledge of ASME Section IX, AWS D17.1, or equivalent welding codes. • Familiarity with argon purging, autogenous welding, and alloy compatibility is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Donald, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
