Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team. This role requires an individual who is committed to ensuring donor safety and satisfaction while assisting in the plasmapheresis process. The successful candidate will establish rapport with donors, monitor equipment, and maintain a high standard of product quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining donor suitability.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure comfort and confidentiality.
• Monitor donors and equipment to ensure safety and product quality.
• Set up, operate, and disconnect automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Dispose of contaminated disposable equipment properly.
• Respond to and assist with donor reactions.

Essential Skills

• Phlebotomy certification
• Experience in blood draw procedures
• Superior customer service skills

Work Environment

The work environment offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and proper disposal of equipment, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
