CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating CNC mills and inspecting parts using calipers, gauges, and micrometers. The ability to read blueprints and schematics comfortably is essential. The role requires precision, working with tolerances as low as 0 and sometimes in negative values.

• Operate CNC mills and ensure precision in manufacturing processes.
• Inspect parts using calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Handle tolerances as low as 0 and sometimes in the negatives.
• Change out broken tooling and adjust machine offsets as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Manage and operate three machines simultaneously.
• Utilize microscopes when necessary.
• Having Swiss experience is highly desired.

• Experience in CNC machining and operating CNC mills.
• Proficiency in quality inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• 2-3 years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the medical device sector is a bonus.
• Experience with microscopes is highly advantageous.
• Swiss machining experience is highly sought after.

Work in a climate-controlled, extremely clean medical device facility. Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) is required. The standard work hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Memphis,TN.
