Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting staff, managing office supplies and equipment, handling correspondence, and assisting in various clerical duties to maintain an efficient work environment.


Greet and assist visitors and clients.


Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.


Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.


Order and manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.


Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.


Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed.


Support HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records.


Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and functional.

  • Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor.


Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
