Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting other engineers and CAD designers with engineering and drafting tasks, ensuring that our projects are safe, efficient, and cost-effective. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and to grow within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support other engineers and CAD designers with engineering and drafting tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs are safe, efficient, and cost-effective.
- Prepare basic design calculations, drawings, and reports with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate interest in working with a firm that offers a diverse range of projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering with EI/EIT designation.
- 0–3 years of structural design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (required; latest release preferred).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience designing residential or commercial buildings, or signage.
- Familiarity with RISA 3D finite analysis software.
- Experience with Revit.
Work Environment
You will be working in a collaborative environment that values innovation and efficiency. The role requires proficiency with the latest AutoCAD release and familiarity with Revit is advantageous. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86/hr.
