🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the installation of access control systems (Brivo, Eagle Eye, Honeywell Vista) in commercial environments
• Install and fit mag locks and door strikes—including on Herculite (frameless glass) doors
• Read and interpret blueprints, manage job sites, and resolve issues independently
• Supervise and mentor a helper/technician on-site
• Troubleshoot and maintain access control, alarm, and CCTV systems
• Communicate with project leads and ensure timely updates and documentation
• Exposure to programming is a plus—but not required

✅ What You Bring:

• Proven experience in commercial access control installation
• Strong skills in cutting in doors, installing mag locks, and mounting panels
• Ability to read blueprints, run jobs, and work without supervision
• Leadership experience or readiness to manage a small team
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DMV check

• Familiarity with alarm installation, CCTV, and security systems
• Exposure to system programming
• Relevant certifications in access control or security systems
