Job Description

The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for preparing cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements, along with the overall completion, delegation of tasks, client relations, and general project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements.
• Manage the overall project completion, including task delegation.
• Maintain strong client relations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project management for industrial, commercial, and automotive construction projects.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical project management and estimating experience.
• Proficiency in construction estimation software such as Accubid and familiarity with Procore or similar software.
• Experience in project management for industrial, commercial, and automotive construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required for candidates with less than 10 years of experience.
• Experience in construction management, bidding, budgeting, and preconstruction.
• Experience with electrical, MEP, and mechanical estimation, and familiarity with Bluebeam.

This is a Permanent position based out of Nashville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Nashville,TN.
