We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruiting for a high‑volume, fast‑paced healthcare environment within a large tech company. This is a contract role that is 100% onsite in Nashville, TN, requiring a hands‑on recruiter who can manage the recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end while partnering closely with hiring leaders and HR stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare recruiting experience, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex and hard‑to‑fill roles with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications, fit, and readiness for hire
- Prepare and extend job offers and support candidates through acceptance and onboarding
- Facilitate or support new‑hire orientation activities as needed
- Conduct exit interviews and process employee status changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support recruitment for hard‑to‑fill and specialized healthcare roles, including senior‑level or executive searches as needed
- Provide guidance, direction, or informal leadership to others involved in the recruiting process when applicable
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or a closely related industry
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience
- Strong working knowledge of full‑cycle talent acquisition practices
- Experience recruiting for difficult‑to‑fill roles and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience preferred

- Experience with executive or senior‑level recruiting
- Strong judgment and decision‑making skills with the ability to operate independently
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt recruitment strategies based on evolving business needs
- Creative and strategic approach to sourcing and candidate engagement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
